Breaders based on extruded crumbs offer options including a homestyle finish. Variations with cayenne pepper, maize flour or flakes are possible. Inclusions such as corn triangles, flakes, seeds and dried pulses add a distinctive texture and appearance. Gluten-free inclusions based on maize and rice are also available.
